  After first speaking to the owner in regard to what my restoration looked like I had a great feeling. As the work was being done in my washroom (I only have one) it just kept getting worse and worse. The company Pro Trades who did the plumbing again started off great. We had a whole pluming issue in the crawl space. They removed the sub floor as planned. There was a lot of work to do. This company ended up tearing my entire washroom apart. Just so he could have more space to work. My tub was ripped up, tub walls gone, and even drywall ripped off. Not only thay but my sons room bscks to the washroom and THAT room also had drywall damage. Once my toilet was fixed, they left. I was unable to use my shower. They threw away the molding that went along my bathroom window. I had to repair myself all the damage they caused. In all rooms. If I wanted my sons walls fixed THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME. i am extremely grateful my toilet was fixed. But the mess tjat came worth it from this company and the priced they wanted to charge to correct their errors was astronomical. I will never again use this comapny or refer them to anyone. Nor will i ever use ProTrades as a plumbing service.

  Amazing Service! My fence was damaged by wind. After calling my insurance company this company responded immediately. They came out to my property within 12 hours of my call . My fence was secured within 3 hours of the assessment. Steve was very informative and personable. The men sent to secure my fence were equally polite. Everyone involved made me feel safe and secure. As a single women needing assistance this is very valuable. Thank you!

  We had water damage in our basement for the first time and we were concerned as we had never gone through this before. After speaking to a few people we were given a recommendation to call Service Master Restore. I spoke to Gavin and what a blessing he was. He was so helpful even before I even hired him, great service! His team came into our home and got to work. They cut drywall, disinfected the whole basement plus the washroom and bedroom. Rob and his team did a fantastic job and were very informative about ways to move forward and best practices. Thank you so much Service Master team. I definitely recommend them for all your restoration needs.

  Worst company to deal with, I had water damage in my ceiling and a shingle missing and so we had this company to do emergency repairs and service they changed my shingle on my roof with a brown color shingle and charged my insurance huge for it so I have to pay again to have it changed to right grey color then their huge industrial fan was set up where they cut my ceiling out of my bedroom but they put the fan directly under where the chunks of wet ceiling would constantly fall into the fan which would ricochet across the room and hit us while we are sleeping, we asked if we could stay in a hotel because it's not safe to sleep in this room but they ignored us, so the night after a piece of gyprock and a wood slat fell from the ceiling into the big fan, and the blade of the fan broke off and was hitting the inside of the housing, and it was cutting and chopping my laminate wood floors so we had to go right up to this machine which was little bit scary and unplug it from the wall, called Matt and service master restore and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and then later told my insurance company that they had rented the fan out and acted like I was lying but I had made a video of the broken fan when it happened as I want my floor repaired, as I already sent it to Matt the video but he won't return my calls and is ignoring is, we got charged full service and they didn't finish drying my ceiling and they ruined my flooring, put the wrong shingles on my roof and charged so much money for horrible service, never deal with them again only gave a star because I had to or I would have chosen negative 5.
