  We had a great experience with Sunbelt Rentals – Sudbury The team was very professional, organized, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Marcia for her help each time we needed assistance. We had to reschedule more than once due to circumstances on our end, and she handled everything smoothly with no issues at all. Customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and the whole experience was stress-free. Truly appreciate the flexibility and professionalism. Highly recommend this branch.

  Well don't like leaving bad reviews but here goes. This is not my normal go to rental company but have used them im the past a few times as most rental companies are all in the same price range so when there the closest I would use them any way used them today to rent a scissor lift the front desk service was good but I required the lift literally across the street 100 feet away the lift I required probally would of drove across the street but they delivered across the street on there forklift and picked up on forklift I required the lift for 4 hours but new I would pay for a full day that is fine I always pay the day no matter how many hours I need it but they actually charged me $35 each way for delivery and pick I do not expect peaple to work for free but literally a 2 minute move each way thinking they do not need my business as if it was my shop there would be no delivery fee( for a job next door) or max of $10 for the use of forklift to run across the street.

  Terrible customer service. Mark was very aggressive and rude on the phone. I would not recommend anyone to them.
