After the job was done we messaged the supervisor about nails in our driveway twice and ended up with two nails in our tire that resulted in having to replace it on our dime. But what was worse was that after winter we noticed they hadn't re-caulked the windows! They did come do it after we messaged them, but had we not known it was supposed to be re-caulked who knows how much damage would have been done longterm.
