- JLJane Lambert2 days ago1.0Well, I thought Steve did a good job, but I got up this morning and I had no heat in my living room, due to a thrown breaker. With only one heater on over night, it threw the breaker. Something is definitely wrong with the electrical work that was done. I sent a text, but no one has responded. I tried calling and was only able to get the "virtual assistant". I am very disappointed and pissed off at this company. I have called the Electrical Safety Authority to do an inspection of their work.

Steve arrived as scheduled, inspected electrical panel, detailed options and provided an acceptable quote and installed unit. Steve and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions satisfactorily.

I paid them upfront and the money transfer and we discussed the future in the new year that we will be coming to install another ceiling fan that I’m gonna purchase and we’ll go from there. Excellent excellent Guys their names are Steve and Jordan thank you guys for helping me out. I’m in a wheelchair and make things more better for me and I’m comfortable with what you did. He was polite and professional as well as tidy, made sure to pick up any bits of wire. I was able to explain the history of the outlet issues and Derek was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem at the same time

From my first interaction onwards, this is a company I would gladly give any electrical work too. Their responsiveness, scheduling, technician tracking, and of course the actual work being done. Geez, what can I say. A very refreshing reminder as to how a business should be run, and the type of quality service that makes them a 1st choice for referrals for any electrical work. I doubt they are the cheapest, but u get what u pay for. If u want something done right the FIRST time. Go with Kraun Electric!
