  The staff representatives are amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for their product and service. Delivery was promised by a specific date along with the installation. The installers were very knowledgeable and polite. The room looks fantastic and we have received many compliments. Other friends are asking about the company to do an installation at their home. The information was provided to these friends.

  I recently had them install 2 patio covers and the experience as well as finished products looked incredible. Rod who came to do measurements was incredibly helpful and detailed, he truly did the work to optimize the design, rather than slapping on some generic layout. Deborah was amazing helping with the coordinating and she's super on top of scheduling to the earliest possible slot. Steve & team who installed it were great as well -- super helpful & detailed with the work, and finished it nicely & cleanly. I love the covers more than I thought I would already -- many thanks all! Strongly recommend them if you are looking for patio covers / sunrooms.

  William and Steven were great with the removal and re-install of my balcony surround during renovations. They let me know when they were close to arriving at my home and were able to get the work done quickly with minimal mess and disruption. They were helpful repairing problems that occurred during renovations to get the enclosure back to its original working condition. Thank you!

  We are very happy with our sunroom. All the measurements and details were ironed out well ahead of the installation. The installation process itself did not require us to be present. We've reached out to Natural Light on two occasions following the installation, and we received very fast service both times. The sunroom itself is a very functional addition. We love the ability to spend more time outdoors while being sheltered from the elements. The fit and finish are likewise very nice, and we cannot imagine being happier. We've only had our sunroom for a couple of months, but we think it is a very good decision/purchase.
