Jen quickly got my paperwork going and arranged to have the unit delivered to my address. There was a minor speed bump and in a heartbeat Bryan and Jorden made things workout. An incredible team of employees that seem to take pride in their respective professions. Hats off to the team at united rentals.

Had the broke o ring fixed extremely quickly. The o ring was not a wear issue in relation to lack of maintenance. The excavator was brand new and in perfect condition. United is far and above an excellent rental company.
