- PJPatrick JSep 3, 20251.0If I could give a zero rating I would, I would not use this company, I reserved a wood splitter for Friday August 29th, the office called because the unit needed to be fixed, and was unavailable. I received a call today Sept 3 that it was available. I declined due my schedule. I was checking my credit card online and found out the company charged me 198.00 dollars on my card Sept 2. I would never use this company I personally cannot trust them with my credit card number. They have apologized and is in process of returning the funds. If I was not checking my card I may have missed this charge . I do not recommend this company to anyone and if you do use them be very careful of your credit card and check it after .

Jen quickly got my paperwork going and arranged to have the unit delivered to my address. There was a minor speed bump and in a heartbeat Bryan and Jorden made things workout. An incredible team of employees that seem to take pride in their respective professions. Hats off to the team at united rentals.
- LRLori RoseJul 5, 20221.0Absolutely disappointed. The excavator that we rented was/is in poor condition. We had to have a repair guy come out. We were told that there MIGHT be a charge. But when the tech repair guy was here he mentioned that the auto adjuster needs to be replaced on both sides. (Not our fault, apparently over use and wear and tear) The track was/is torn. I do NOT recommend renting from here! Over priced and they didn't even call us to discuss the issues with the track tread coming off the track!! Poor service all around. I have more pictures but they won't load up. Did I mention that they never contacted us for additional charges!!!???? Zero customer service!! Never going back!!!
