  This past winter left us with damaged soffit facia, as well as interior damage due to falling ice . ServiceMaster made the restoration as painless as it could be. The project required the scheduling of numerous trades , ServceMaster made certain we were always aware of what was happening , who would be arriving, and when it was going to happen. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was courteous and professional . Each trade cleaned up the work site. so we had only minimal disruption to our everyday life. We are so pleased with the results . They work to a high standard and we would recommend ServiceMaster to anyone. Thank you

  Service Master was assigned to repair our roof after ice damage this past winter. While we expected some delays and were understanding when dates were initially changed, the lack of communication quickly became the real issue. Repair dates were shifted multiple times without notice, and when crews didn’t show up, no one reached out to explain or reschedule. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a frustrating process of chasing answers with little to no response. Unfortunately, this ended up being an all-around bad experience, and I would not recommend based on how poorly the communication was handled.
