- BJBill JAMIESONApr 1, 20265.0Very pleased with the service provided by Super Plumber, namely Trevor Sik who responded to a call to replace a mixing valve off my hot water tank. Trevor arrived on time and was very informative to us for the operation of the valve and explained to us how to adjust the temperature if required. As a follow-up, there was a warranty item related to the PRV. Super Plumber sent over Max Williams who was professional and polite as he completed his task. So impressed with this company and its staff. Thank-you Super Plumber for the timely and professional workmanship. Bill Jamieson

I had a number of residential plumbing concerns recently and I chose Francis/SuperPlumber. I had an appointment right away, they had a tech on site within two hours. All of my plumbing concerns were assessed and repairs suggested in one visit. They will be back here at my place in the spring for more. Super.Max was my Super Plumber. Ask for him!

He did the work so quickly and efficiently with no mess where he worked and made sure to put covers on his boots to not track outside dirt. He was very polite and very helpful with my inquiries and even went above and beyond to give some good advice on other possible areas of concern I should take care of in the future. I definitely recommend him for anyone who needs someone professional , very competent and that you can trust will do the job right with added bonus of excellent customer service.
