    I paid $250 for a quote. Met the estimator on site and was promised a quote within a week. 4 weeks later. 5 phone calls. 3 emails. And I still don't have a quote. And my estimator won't get back to me. And the office refuses to give me his phone number. I paid for a quote. And haven't gotten anything.

    SM has been helping us through the aftermath of a serious fire with great diligence and kindness. The conditions they had to work in were horrendous and the task of salvaging what they could was daunting. But their skill, hard work and perseverance have paid off handsomely for us. We will always be grateful to Ian and Amanda and their crew for restoring so many of our precious memories to us. Highly recommend.

    I just wanted to highlight the experience we have had in our dealings with the Service Master restoration team. Aside from the other negative aspects of a house fire - another that I would have had no idea of is that (mostly) everyone you are working with to resolve the matter/move forward sees you as either 'just another job' (at best) or at worst, like we are someone/something that no one wants to deal with. We are costing folks money (despite no fault of our own) and that underlying sentiment is clear in most dealings. The opposite could not have been more true in our dealings with Ryan, Ian, Amanda and team. I felt seen, heard and related to by the entire team. Even the boxes were labelled "jungle room" which is a nickname we had for a certain room in our house. Amanda watering our plants. Ryan (and the younger fellow with a long beard) taking the time to compliment my home (which means a lot when you are a) proud of it and b) forced out of it), the excellent and friendly communication with Ian....obviously this entire situation is not what we would have chosen....but our experience with this team went as well as it possibly could have gone - given the circumstances. This sort of personal attention to service is not something we see much of anymore and it couldn't have been more noticed or appreciated by us. Thanks again Sheryl Hunt
