  We are pleased with the new furnace installation performed by JD Swallow. From start to finish. Our initial consultation with Michael was excellent—he clearly explained all our options .On installation day, there was a discrepancy with the model number, but Ken, the manager, personally came to our home and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. We also appreciated the support from Ben, who coordinated everything smoothly.The installers, David and Vainhav, did good work and took the time needed to ensure the installation was completed properly . A few days later, Vishal, the technician, visited to adjust the blower motor and replace the condensate drainage tube. He was fantastic—knowledgeable, We highly recommend JD Swallow for their exceptional service, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  Great experience. Would highly recommend. Booked seasonal fireplace service for older home recently purchased. There was a minor communication issue about type of service required on initial visit. However, company showed prompt resilience in quickly rescheduling appropriate service. Both knowledgable technicians, and companies decisive problem-solving, lead to a great experience. Thank you

  I recently had Kim come out to quote on replacing our water heaters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all of our options—from tankless to traditional models, energy efficiency ratings, and long-term cost savings—without any high-pressure sales tactics. She was incredibly patient and kind, answering every question (even the ones I asked twice!) with a smile and genuine care. It felt like she truly wanted us to make the best decision for our home, not just close a sale. From start to finish, our salesperson Michael was outstanding — extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful in helping us design the right setup for our space. He struck the perfect balance of being helpful and consultative while also challenging us in the right ways to ensure we got the best long-term solution. Our installation team — Mike, Joe, and Chris — were exceptional. They arrived punctually each day, worked efficiently, and showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. They were even mindful enough to schedule their work around our baby’s nap times, which we deeply appreciated. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in their work are clearly visible in the finished product, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. We’re thrilled with both the system’s performance and the entire experience of having JD Swallow in our home.
