Premier had been given a 3 months notice of the change by the elevator company but never took any action, we ended up with an interior we didn’t like. After multiple follow-ups never provided any protection curtains for the new interior either. I would avoid this company at any cost. They simply don’t value the business they’re given. They can check their emails if they don’t see me as a client. The interior work was done by Premier on behalf of Monarch Elevator for new elevator mod. And correspondence with Premier was non-existent.
