Instead of giving a time range of when he would arrive, i.e. between 1pm and 4pm, Bedard's very professional estimator gave a specific time when he would arrive, and he did right on time. He explained the generator options, why and where the generator would be placed plus he provided the estimate in a very timely manner - exactly as he said he would. The associated tradespeople worked quickly and performed quality work. It was a painless installation. Follow-up by the owner on a warranty item was greatly appreciated. I would recommend for any of your electrical needs.
