  I called Rooterman for a problem with my sump pump. Jerome came by and explained to me very thoroughly why my pump was not working and why it should be changed. He replaced the pump and installed a battery backup system as well to prevent me from having floods in the future. I highly recommend this company. Jerome was very knowledgable and I am very satisfied with the work he did.

  Adam fixed all the defects I had and informed me of why they happened as well as a potential future repair to prevent more backups but this was an excellent no obligation service that I would recommend.
