  Great customer service originally. Great selection of products but highly disappointed that less than a year after installation, our floor has already chipped. Also disappointed that when we purchased a reducer that didn’t work and brought it back, my spouse was told they would find something that we could use but heard nothing for weeks. Just silence on their end after calling and asking repeatedly if anything was found, so we ended up purchasing from another store and never received a refund for the reducer we originally purchased and brought back. That is 100% my fault for not going with my spouse when we brought it back because I would’ve asked for one and said I would re-pay once you find something we could use but they also should have followed up about not finding anything so I could’ve asked about our refund.

  Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and very on top of the entire process from helping me choose the best flooring and baseboards for my condo, keeping me in the loop throughout the process, and managing the install team. Dwayne and his install crew did a perfect job in 2.5 days - ripped out old hardwood floor and carpets, levelled out uneven areas, and installed click-in vinyl. Would definitely recommend.

  Joseph helped us choose flooring for our newly renovated basement. He showed us a number of excellent options and we settled on an LVT with cork backing that is soft and warm to walk on. We love it and can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond expectations by holding our stock for two months and shipping it exactly when we needed it. He also helped us return a few boxes we didn't open. Overall, an excellent experience!
