  It was a pleasure to work with Michael, very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, kept our budget in mind and absolutely no pressure to sign immediately. I would recommend Michael to anyone. If the rest of the Dodds team is as reliable as Michael then I am sure we will be very happy with this purchase.

  Daniel showed up right on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He did up the quote quickly, explained it thoroughly. It was super easy to do business with Daniel and we are excited for our new garage door. We will highly recommend Dodds and Daniel to friends and neighbours.

  Dodds was able to schedule us for same day service following a problem with our garage door. Will arrived on-time, was very knowledgeable, and provided several options for addressing the problem without pressuring us with sales tactics. We would recommend Dodds without reservations and would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

  Absolutely fantastic service. From the initial call with Tasha where she quickly helped me find a temporary solution, to the technician Serhii who was really kind and super efficient and quick. Can’t express how grateful I am for the peace of mind and above and beyond service. Highly recommended by my family, and I was right to choose this company!

  My garage door was installed in December. I love the door but my experience with the service department has not been great at all. On the first day of installation the technician installed the door too high, even though I told him drywall still had to be put in and to leave room for that. Then he tried to install a keypad but it was defective and said another tech would bring it in the morning. Nobody came or called. I followed up and they dispatched a technician who just showed up when I was not there. After that, my drywall company had to remove the door tracks to place the drywall and the whole track had to be adjusted. Another service call and for some reason Dodds held my credit card information on file!!!! They proceeded to charge me without authorization. They put the track back together but did not tighten bolts or grease the wheels. I called complaining of loud door noises. Mustafa the service contact tried to upsell me on their door maintenance plan and avoided the issue of the noise and did not respond to my emails or phone calls following up on this but I persisted. Finally I got in contact with him and he sent someone to have a look. This guy sprayed with oil and it got all over my drywall as well. They I told him about the loose bolts and he fixed them, but he didn’t see it before that! The last straw is that they charge my credit card again without permission! I am done with this company. Nice and friendly but not honest with my credit card information. They should not keep it on file to charge as they please!
