  After a random pipe leak and ensuing basement flood, the initial stress was quickly replaced with a sense of calm and faith in the contractors who showed up to assess the damage. Sam Sturino was kind and reassuring as an assessor, then incredibly responsive and effective as the project manager/contractor. Nicki and the other phone receptionists were always responsive, trustworthy, and quick to get me a reply when I had a question. The work of each tradesperson was efficient, high quality, and expeditious. Special shout out to Brian who painted the walls of the area in question, but also noticed a patch up job near the sink he used, and went ahead and painted the patch while he was there. Above and beyond, and greatly appreciated :) Truly, I have never seen any construction work go this well.; it was remarkable. To all of you at ServiceMaster, thank you again so much. You made what was a stressful experience at the start so pleasant in the end. I am so pleased with the final product, but mostly, with the stress-free process.

  We had a catastrophic water leak which caused us to leave our home for approx 6 months. Firstly, I want to thank the team at ServiceMaster for the expedient, efficient service to complete the initial cleanup and then the complete restore back previous to our damage. Once ServiceMaster was contacted they had a team of 20 onsite within 2-3 hrs over a weekend and they worked through the night to stop further damage. I have been in the contracting business most of my life and have started and owned a contracting company for 30+ years, I can honestly say that this company is extremely professional and quality of service is second to none! We were off site for most of the restore and renovations as house was not in a condition to live in, the team of Stephanie and Claudio kept me informed every step of the way, when I had questions (and there were many), they were always addressed. All trades under there umbrella all were very professional, when the office of ServiceMaster was contacted I always received an answer to my questions, if they did not have an answer to a question, someone within minutes or a couple hrs always addressed. Stephanie made our unfortunate situation seem much less catastrophic, and worked with our insurance company to achieve a house to move back into which was to our 100% satisfaction. Bottom line!, I was in a position to hire any contractor/renovator to complete the restore/renovations and I also have many connections, I took a chance on ServiceMaster and so glad I did as they surpassed my expectations, I would never hesitate recommending this Company to anyone needing this type of service! Keep it up to ALL the Management and staff of ServiceMaster Restore of Toronto East! Don

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company uses subpar trades to complete their jobs and could care less after project was completed.
