  Everything went smoothly from container drop off, to pick up, then to storage and now waiting for delivery. Communication was excellent

  Our cubeit portable storage came in very handy while doing some home improvements. Good size unit which held both living room, dining room and more. Renovation crew were able to complete work in less time considering they had a clean slate to work with. I would definitely recommend for anyone going through this process. Staff very friendly and helpful

  Worst company to deal with. If possible I give them negative stars. Beginning, everything went okay but when driver came to pick up container he Damage my property. This happened in January. I am keep contacting them but no compensation provided. Keep telling that, need approval from higher management. It has been two months now but no response yet. When I contact customer service, keep telling to wait till someone will contact you.

  Catherine was wonderful. She helped me rebook a storage unit last minute and was very patient and helpful over the phone. Highly recommend!
