- AAAKMay 13, 20241.0We paid for the equipment protection plan and a 4-week rental. The machine broke down and Herc could not get the new parts for 1 of the 4 weeks, so the machine was down for 1 week while we waited for Herc to show up and fix it. Instead of charging for 3 weeks, they charged us for 4 weeks even though we could not use the machine. The manager refused to credit the 1 week of down time. The cost of the parts were covered under the EPP. We also had two days left on our 4 week rental and that was not credited either. Extremely poor management at Herc London.

- KKKevin KlizaMay 12, 20175.0Awesome experience! Rented aerators on multiple occasions this season and was very happy! The price was great and the machines were in brand new shape! I had an issue with one of them while working on a Sunday and their emergency support sent someone right away to meet me where I was working and fixed it no problem! When I came to pick up the equipment they had guys load it into my trailer for me and unload it when I dropped them off. I will definitely be using them for all my rental needs.

Even management sucks, as I need them to meet me half way as a supplier and wouldn't budge like they are bigger than God.
