Opening our first store in April of 1978 in Chatham, we are pleased to have been serving South Western Ontario communities for over 35 years.     Michael We visited your showroom in Feb., looking for tile. There was an abundace of choice, you were patient, helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting tile options and a tile to trim around our shower “nook”. You gave advice and guidance regarding an appropriate grout colour and assisted with other additional supplies for the job.You later helped me select hardwood flooring to match our existing hardwood. We set up time lines and all products arrived when scheduled…Very positive experience, especially with the added bonus of getting my “puppy-fix”.🙂 We had a small reno project but ended up using 3 of your contractors. One for carpet repair, one for hardwood installation and one for tile installation. ALL were “Top-Shelf”, they went above and beyond! They showed up when they were scheduled, were curtious and respectful of our home, they were skilled, efficient and took pride in the work that they did. We could not be happier with the final job each of them completed. We are so grateful that you provide that resource, recomending someone you know to be capable. When we came up short on tiles, you once again stepped in and had the additional tiles delivered quickly, even though it was over a long weekend. The contractor then graciously returned to complete the installation. In today's environment we too often only give feedback when we are disappointed in a service or goods. I want to let you know how much we appreciated ALL you and your associates have done to make our expreience with Sacwall an extremly positive one. Defiantly 5-STARS! I have been “singing your praises” to co-workers, family and friends.

    I visited the showroom today in Hyde Park. Alex helped us pick out tile and flooring. She was very knowledgeable about their products and had a good eye for which colour would work best in our bathroom.

    Alex was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through some design options and got us tile that we are really happy with. We will continue to come back to Sacwal for our flooring and tile needs.
