I would like to thank Rob, he was professional, friendly and empathetic. If I can give more stars I would for the great service and pricing I received. I highly recommend going to Herc Rentals if you need to rent equipment!
- AAAKMay 13, 20241.0We paid for the equipment protection plan and a 4-week rental. The machine broke down and Herc could not get the new parts for 1 of the 4 weeks, so the machine was down for 1 week while we waited for Herc to show up and fix it. Instead of charging for 3 weeks, they charged us for 4 weeks even though we could not use the machine. The manager refused to credit the 1 week of down time. The cost of the parts were covered under the EPP. We also had two days left on our 4 week rental and that was not credited either. Extremely poor management at Herc London.

- BMbatty meeroMay 2, 20161.0Horrible, and clueless about customer management. A mere mom and pop shop hat can't handle large clients. They used to be on their game but that's changed recently. Even management sucks, as I need them to meet me half way as a supplier and wouldn't budge like they are bigger than God.
