Customer service is the foundation upon which Shaun Element started Element Windows and Doors. During his invaluable 19 years as an installer Shaun learned everything he could about the window and door industry, the least of which was what NOT to do. He had learned that a successful window and door company was built on respect. A respect for employees and customers alike. If your employees are happy they will in turn ensure your customers are happy. After much thought and conversation with his wife, Shaun Registered Element Windows and Doors! Shaun Element used his own name for his company because that way he can ensure he stands behind his company, no matter what, ensuring the highest customer service in the business

The installers Jeff and Taylor did great work, were very clean and tidy as they worked and did a great job in a timely manner. They did an amazing job on trimming out the door, and made sure everything was disposed of and cleaned up after. The job was done very professional and at a price less than other competitors. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. Thanks again.

We essentially had the windows in our entire house, plus our front door replaced and are extremely satisfied with the end product. The installation team showed up on time each day, dressed and act professionally and did a fantastic job respecting our home and trying their best to clean up any mess made (which was difficult with surrounding farm fields blowing dust in). Tom, the installation leader made sure the the job was done top notch and we would agree that the installation and finishings were great. The job they did finishing both the interiors and exteriors around the windows was superb. We are very happy with our decision to go with this company.
