Well guess what, they didn't call, and when we called them ourselves to confirm who would be picking it up, the extremely rude secretary Rob I think it was told us at the reservation didn't exist, then when we provided proof, he then said "oh it was deleted I don't know how that happened" and offered no help. We've rented here in the past and found them to be unprofessional, incompetent, and potentially fraudulent in their policies and procedures. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS

The machine worked like a charm and was really happy with it as the job was a big one removing an old cement pad. Customer service was great, and I would rent from here again.
