  Nightmare of an install. Contractor needs to supply all of his own tools and not rely on homeowner. Had to come back several times to fix installation issues. Never followed up with the promised one year service. I even asked them to come back over 3 months ago to add on a valve and bbq connection to their propane install, and still waiting. Edit - Install was completed Jan 2023. Jan 2024 - I asked when I was getting the 12 month inspection, was told that things were busy but I should get a call to book an appointment soon. That never happened. June 2024 - asked about having some more work done - specifically the propane BBQ connection. Was told you'd be happy to install and that I'd be contacted. Radio Silence until minutes after the google review was left. Calling me to discuss the google review, instead of following up with the lack of action, speaks volumes. Mistakes on your end, not mine. I've sent you the screenshots of our conversations. Now you call my review disproportionate. I don't think so. Good luck, Marc. Won't have you back. I'd rather start over with another company that has no track record with me, than to use you again.
