  We had an empty, 18 ft. long alcove in our living room that just served no purpose and really forced an odd arrangement of the room. We hired Matt to construct a wall-to-wall custom built-in with a fire place and now we have a gorgeous feature wall. Our experience working with Matt was nothing short of excellent. He was responsive to our questions, easy to communicate with, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our built-in is a true reflection of our taste and style because we were able to choose so many custom details, big and small. And when we couldn’t decide, Matt was able to offer advice based on his many years of experience. Our project was done on-time and every night Matt left the house in great shape; all his tools were put away and all the debris and dust was cleaned up - it was like we weren’t living through a construction project! We can’t wait to do another project and we know we’ll absolutely be hiring Matt again!

  Matt did an outstanding job with our bedroom refinishing project. Craftsmanship, attention to detail and communication were all top notch. He went the extra mile and we’re so pleased with how everything turned out. We have already locked Matt in for a walk-in closet project and kitchen update.

  We are so pleased with Millar Genuine Craft. Our oddly shaped, very outdated and only bathroom has been transformed into a very functional, well shaped, beautiful masterpiece. Other companies had told us that it was not worth the work to change the shape of this odd shaped space. Matthew showed us that it was truly worth it.   We chose Matt to build us custom linen closet shelving. He was awesome to work with, quick install with no mess and very precise work. He makes home projects less stressful with his knowledge and honest pricing. I would recommend Millar Genuine Craft for any job little to large.

  We hired Matt to renovate and old furnace room into a modern laundry room. Matt came and had a look at the job put together a proposal that worked within our budget. Matt delivered on every promise and exceeded our expectations. He was a pleasure to deal with, had some great ideas that we never thought about utilizing, and at the end of the day you wouldnt know a construction project was underway, i wont bother calling any other contractors in the future, i will just call Matt.
