The day of the appointmemt they showed up an hour early, with no notice or phone call , I was only out for 15 minutes and arrived back home 40 min before they said they would be there. They never called AT ALL until my husband got a hold of them later that night. They rebooked with us for a couple of days later, I stayed home from work only for them to call to say they were too busy. They rebooked for today at 5:30pm and said they would reconfirm at noo but guess what??.. its 8:30pm and they did not show up or call!! We"ve been polite and understanding and weve been treated like worthless clients. Very disappointed!
