Little details like putting a tarp down for the shingles and putting down the drop sheet for the ladder in the house how they treat your home like their own. Highly recommend for replacement for velux skylights.

We are first time home owners and Platinum made us feel very comfortable. From beginning to end, the project went smoothly. We needed a re-roof, and they absolutely delivered. Install crew did an incredible job with the metal work, shingles and everything else. Very impressed with the craftsmanship, as a well as all the precautions they took to ensure protection of the property. Even more impressed with how well they cleaned up site. They maintained constant communication and kept us updated every step of the way. Huge shout out to all the staff, from the front office, to the roof. - CDCarl DOct 1, 20255.0I am writing this review for my sister Elisa and her husband Eric who replaced their roof, fascia, eaves troughs and downspouts last week in Cayuga. (This is a follow up to my Nov 8 2024 review for similar work at my mother's home on Garth St.) The Platinum workers took only two days to complete this large project. Kalobe's roof crew at one point totaled 12 workers. They were efficient, organized and demonstrated a high degree of skill and safety while being extra careful to protect the surrounding property. The crew identified weak decking that needed to be replaced and this was done at no extra cost. While it was a long first day, the crew was determined to finish installation by the end of the day. The transformation was amazing. Taylor's crew came the following day to complete the sheet metal work including the leaf gutter guards and even provided some additional capping at no extra charge at the end of another long productive day. The overall look of the finished work is modern and stunning. In all, from the clear original quote from Platinum's knowledgeable estimator Andrew, to the conscientious and highly skilled installers to the super organized and friendly office manager Denise, we could not be more pleased with our overall experience with this company.
