    Great electrician! Work was great, helped with any questions we had, etc. However, the dispatching centre did not let us know the first electrician was not showing up (after I stayed home from work to wait for them; I had to call them!). After rescheduling, the next electrician was delayed for an hour in bad weather but the call centre did not inform us about this- we had to call them - again. Today, an inspector showed up to review the work the electrician had done, nice guy, but, again- no one told us there was anyone coming. Kraun, your electricians and inspectors are great but you do them a disservice with your atrocious customer communication. 5 stars for the electrician, 1 star for your company's customer communication.

    Was hoping for better experience given positive reviews. Ultimately communication seems to be a weak spot with Kraun. I paid $500+ to have a supplied bathroom fan installed. Ultimately the job couldn’t be completed bc it was discovered that there was no vent in the roof. Kraun said they reach out to their roofing subcontractor for a quote. When they did the quote was for an additional $700 and had no details on the work the roofers would do and what material they’d use. I ended up having to call the roofer and get details and they weren’t aware of being involved and couldn’t offer much in terms of how the process would go. Specifically if Kraun would have to return and attach bent hose etc. Theh said theyd reach out again but never did, several days passed and Kraun messaged and indicated the estimate was wrong but offered no further details. So here I am wondering what’s up. I followed up and sent an image showing the fan was crooked with a gap showing (hole had been cut too large). Over a week has passed and I’ve heard nothing from Kraun or their roofer. So I’ve reached out to another local roofer to finish the job and I’ll just have to see if I can fix the gap in ceiling and remove fan to complete install. Disappointing but life goes on.

    I had to call an electrician for an alarm going off in my house last night (Friday night). Steve from Kraun did an exemplary job - he was very professional and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond in my mind. I could not have been happier with his work. Highly recommend!!!
