- MFMiftar FejzajSep 2, 20252.0I did eventually get the machine that I wanted but it did take longer than desired. The customer service definitely could be improved. I could not help but feel as if my business was a nuisance. Was also not satisfied with the fee structure as how you're paying taxes on top of fees. They also charged me an excessive amount for fuel top up even though the machine was 7/8 full. No way to validate their fuel charge, which was frustrating. Overall, a frustrating experience. Sometimes the job dictates you needing a machine, so you don't have a choice in the matter but buyer be beware, be prepared to be bent over!
