He was very professional and informative and addressed all of our concerns. The following day, Tammy, Steve and Cheryl came to our home to begin the restoration process. All team members were very professional, efficient, sympathetic and caring individuals. They worked quickly but with great care and respect for our home. Thank you for easing our minds and we look forward to seeing the completed restoration.

Everyone I met during this difficult time was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, kind and professional. I honestly can't recommend them enough. I have never been through anything like this, and they made it easy for me during such a stressful and difficult time. I love that they communicated with me so well every step of the way! Josh is amazing even letting me know when they would be bringing in large equipment so I could lock up my cats so they wouldn't get out. Josh, Rui and Shaun, Grant were all amazing. Edgar the cabinet guy too so friendly, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. My basement looks amazing. I'm actually kind of sad its all over because I'm going to miss Josh answering all my many questions about my home.
