  Trail was very courteous, took their boots off in the house. Also provided a clear, timely quote. Very tidy and clean. Not the cheapest out there, but high quality workmanship. Definitely recommend Trail Heating and cooling. Will use Jeff again for any of our future needs.

  Jeff and the entire Traill Heating & Cooling staff were very professional and were great to work with during the busiest time of the year. They managed to work extra hard to complete the changeover from oil to propane in the fall just after we purchased a home. It's good to know a company like this is around.

  Appointment was made for furnace cleaning and then confirmed. Morning of recieved a phone call asking if this was the place with furnace in crawlspace. It was so we were then informed that service would not be undertaken due to this fact.They had been here before but we we now told the tech was too old to be crawling around. I had taken the morning off to receive technician. I will not be discussing a new furnace with Traill and will contact their competitor for replacement. Unimpressed to say the least.
