- JWJ wNov 28, 20251.0To the United Rentals Customer Experience Team, Earlier today, I contacted your national call center to inquire about equipment rental pricing for an upcoming project. Unfortunately, the experience was unexpectedly disappointing and inconsistent with the professional service I’ve received at your local branches. The call taker, a male representative, was noticeably aggressive in tone and refused to provide any pricing details unless I first disclosed personal information. When I asked for basic rates without committing to a reservation, I was told this was not possible. His approach felt unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive of a simple customer inquiry. I ultimately ended the call due to the tone and lack of cooperation.
