- MMMarwan MahmoudOct 2, 20251.0Horrible experience. Their lack of organisation cost me a a few thousand dollars. I called them the day before to confirm the arrival of the lift that I rented, and was given absolute confirmation that the lift will be here. I asked them twice if they needed a credit app if they’ll be sending me an invoice or if there’s anything that will stop this lift from being on site tomorrow. And they confirmed that the machine will be here. I then got a call the morning of saying they tried to reach me yesterday and I have to come in person to show them my ID. I drive to their location in person and they told me that they will not be able to deliver on time, as scheduled. Lost an entire day on the project with the full expenses of the day. Unreliable.
