Unfortunately, the experience was unexpectedly disappointing and inconsistent with the professional service I’ve received at your local branches. The call taker, a male representative, was noticeably aggressive in tone and refused to provide any pricing details unless I first disclosed personal information. When I asked for basic rates without committing to a reservation, I was told this was not possible. His approach felt unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive of a simple customer inquiry. I ultimately ended the call due to the tone and lack of cooperation.
