  Top marks! Dealing with Premier Plumbing was easy and smooth. Our plumber, La Nhkum, was punctual, pleasant, quiet and focused to the task at hand. The quality of the work was professional and the price was reasonable. Once the job of replacing the kitchen taps was complete, he inspected all of our pipes and connections within our condo. He had a few suggestions for my wife and I to consider. Premier Plumbing provided multiple quotes by email so that we can prioritize them ourselves. A great first time experience!

  John did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem and gave me some options about how to fix it explaining the pros/cons of each. He called before arriving to make sure he had the tools/parts he thought he may have needed, and kept me updated on his arrival time. Highly recommend and will use again.

  NIck Gray was priceless! When I called Premier, I asked to speak to technician before appointment since I was not satisfied with the 2 other plumbing companies who had come out (and I paid for), to examine my tree root issues in my drains under the house. He was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. During his visit, Nick was extremely through with the camera inspection, took the time to fully understand and explain my plumbing/drain system (old house) and was able to diagnose the source of the tree root problem. Unlike the other companies… they told me “they think the problem is….” After the visit, Nick sent a detailed estimate of the work to be done (excavate and replace section of pipe and install floor drain), and I agreed. His crew showed up on time, assisted in clearing the area and even though they had to break thru foundation, they did their best to do it with the least amount of dust and dirt and removed all garbage and debris. During the excavation, Nick suggested installing a sump pump to avoid future water build up. He did NOT pressure me to have additional work done but I decided to do it since the area was already exposed. The final cost was exactly as per the estimate and he provided me with digital pic’s of the various steps during the job, and sent me link and information to available government rebate. I called Nick the day after the job and asked if he would return to show me/explain details on the sump pump. He was extremely patient when he returned, did another camera inspection and answer all my questions. It is a shame that other plumbing companies are not as knowledgeable and are all about the money. I am grateful that I have finally found an honest individual that believes in excellent customer service at a reasonable price. Thank you Nick. I hope Premier Plumbing fully understands what a huge asset you are to the company.

  Premier Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We experienced an emergency in our basement, with clay pipes that had collapsed under our house and consequently the toilet was backing up into our tub. It was a horror. Premier Plumbing--under the leadership of Nick Gray--came within the hour and began to determine the extensive nature of the problem. Within the day Nick had presented to us a very detailed plan to solve this problem, beginning with excavating 25 feet of our basement to replace the clay with PVC and to fix the piping problem in the bathroom. He walked us through this overwhelming project with patience, care, and empathy. The team arrived promptly the next morning and began the excavation, doing a wonderful job of covering as much of the basement with drop cloths and plastic to minimize the mess. The operators were lovely to interact with, always positive and respectful. Nick was on site constantly, monitoring the progress and troubleshooting any developments that arose. They completed the project ahead of schedule, and came back to check on the aftermath, finalizing some other details that had come up during the project. Honestly, I have put them on speed-dial in my phone and would call them in a heartbeat. I will recommend them to all my friends as well. Thank you so much, Premier and Nick for all your help.
