  We had an emergency due to a clogged kitchen drain from several years worth of debris build up from a garbage disposal, and Sulaiman was prompt and took great care with the work environment and repairs. He came in, diagnosed the issue, explained it very clearly, resolved it quickly, and cleaned everything up before leaving. He was very helpful and straightforward about the process and DIY tips for maintenance.

  I really appreciated Nick’s knowledge, professionalism and honesty in his service call to my home. Nick patiently stepped me through the condition of my home’s drainage system using a camera scope, and we came up with a reasonable plan going forward. This service was also done at a very reasonable cost! I plan to continue using Premier Plumbing’s services in the future as a result.

  I contacted Premier Plumbing at 5:00pm on a holiday long weekend and was connected with Nick. Despite the timing, he spent 40 minutes on the phone with me, answering my numerous questions with incredible patience and technical expertise. Based on our conversation, Nick accurately diagnosed a water main leak—a finding that was later confirmed by a City of Toronto technician. I am extremely grateful for his professional guidance and will rely on Premier Plumbing for all my future service needs. I highly recommend them.

  I'm a tenant on the second story of a very old mixed use building (commercial/residential) and I expect issues to occur, so when our pipes froze and eventually burst on the weekend, I had already been in communication with my landlords who quickly called in reinforcements. I am so thankful that they found the right person for the job. Justin was an incredible communicator from the outset. He asked questions, respected our space, and even though I wasn't the one paying the bill, he made sure to explain to me everything that he and the team would be doing (thanks also to Nick and apprentice Alex? - sorry if I got your name wrong!), and what the disruption would look like as they saved the day. Due to the location of our bathroom and the water pipes that feed it, they were very prone to freezing, so Justin and the team had their work cut out for them. They repaired and/or replaced the water pipes, replaced the broken heat tracing that was there and installed heat tracing where there'd been none, insulated the pipes, and also insulated the wall and ceiling/floor through which the pipes traveled. We're now triple protected! They also replaced the P-drain under our tub that had cracked and was leaking, just as their day was coming to a close. It was easily a 2 day job and they had it done by the evening of the first day. Some other details that we really appreciated: There was constant communication with us, the landlord, and I noticed with each other. Everyone was consistently on the same page. They removed their shoes, and later when they had to be in and out, laid drop cloth down our hallway to the bathroom where they were working. No clean-up! Over the years we've been left holding the broom and cleaning up messes left behind by contractors, and it felt like living in a bad relationship, but when Justin finally left in the evening, the only evidence that they'd been there was the free flowing water and the toilet flushing again! At the end of a cold and uncomfortable few days, we were so pleased to have our water back, to have been minimally disrupted, with a long term solution in place, and to know there are still people out there who are skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and doing their very best.

  I recently had my water tank replaced and overall I’m very happy with the service. When the team first arrived they brought the wrong tank by mistake. However, they handled the situation professionally and took care of the issue right away without any hassle. They quickly arranged for the correct tank, kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was installed properly. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my home. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. I truly appreciate how promptly they resolved the mixup and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for their honesty and commitment to making things right. Thanks for a job well done. Cheers.
