Expensive to rent from and for delivery they had the same excuse twice two different times and aftrer calling 2-3 times to remind them, someone still needed to go to the store, and then it delivered within the hour after talking directly.... unfortunate I have had a better experience since this time.... hopefully that was just a fluke so upgrade from one start to a three star
