The person that took my call was very helpful and courteous in explaining the process and setting up my appointment. The service rep (Dan) not only did a great job with the repair, but took the time to explain proper maintenance of the garage door and how to prevent issues going forward. Would highly recommend this company for any overhead door needs.

I just left and was able to purchase replacement seals for my garage doors. The price was great, much less than the generic rubber/plastic ones avaat big box stores. Also, the items I purchased were aluminum with the gasket, not just rubber. Additionally, there were lots of colors to choose from the the gentlemen at the parts counter was fantastic; knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I will definitely return when in need again and for anything new.

They did a thorough inspection found an issue and had everything working fine. About a month later I had a similar problem. The same technician returned and apologized for the repeat issue. He went over everything and finally found the problem. He fixed it promptly. Stewart did not charge me for the return call or the part installed to correct the issue. I would highly reccomend this company. Great service, friendly technician and they stand behind their work. Chris Morris
