  Good communication. Delayed a day from the original appt, but understandable. Austin showed that he is very knowledgable with regards to the issue with my boiler system. Talked me through his analysis of isolating the potential problem.

  Office staff responded to my call early on a Sunday, and had a tech out same day just a couple hours later. David came, was thorough and knowledgeable. Verified the entire system and got my furnace back to proper operation. Great work from the office staff to the service techs!

  Had no heat the morning of Feb 24th. Called A.C for help not expecting a tech for a day or 2. They scheduled a tech to come within a couple hours. Jesse arrived and took time to diagnose the issue and kept us informed on the options for repair. Expecting upto a week for parts and no heat, we were called not long after the service and told they booked the repair for today Feb 25th. Always get great service from Affordable Comfort.

  We purchased our split ductless system through Affordable Comfort several years ago and have both these units and our tankless boiler/radiant heating system serviced under Affordable’s comprehensive maintenance program. Given the age of our equipment, both systems required ‘technically challenging’ and costly servicing this winter. In each case, response to our servicing requests was immediate with repairs completed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner by the knowledgeable technicians assigned to do this work (with many thanks to Matt, in particular, who took the time to clearly explain the problems/costs associated with the repair of our ductless inverter). Consequently, we highly recommend Affordable Comfort to anyone either looking to purchase or repair their home heating and/or cooling systems.

  I don’t usually write promo reviews but I certainly would like to share the one about Affordable Comfort company. I was impressed by the quality, knowledge and communication and efficiency between technicians Jesse Barkley, David Ballet, taking time explaining and sharing diagnostics to me about my furnace pros and cons. I’m not technically savy, but I sure learned a lot from them and it gave me something to think about and making sure that I’m doing the right thing. I’ve already been spending money on emergency repairs and maintenance with no guarantees. I have bought a new furnace from Affordable Comfort which was installed next day Saturday yet by an other equally experienced and knowledgeable technician Andrew Belcredi and his team. When they were done with work, they left my home warm and spotless. Big shutout to the team effort! Job well done! Thank you. Katarina.
