    Hannah was our technician today and she serviced our furnace, hvac units and also checked our gas fireplace. We were happen to see that she is very personable, efficient, knowledgeable employee and left us feeling that all was shipshape and working perfectly. A big thumbs up for Hannah.

    We were out of heat for several days over the holidays. The technicians Jessie and Mathew made every attempt to mitigate the time it took to get parts and service. Melissa the service scheduler also worked hard to find solutions as quickly as possible. I am grateful for everyone’s efforts to help us out.

    Matt came yesterday from Affordable Comfort to help with my furnace. Our furnace was struggling to heat and continued to turn off. Newer furnace (3 years old). Turns out we were using the wrong filter (too high merv rating) I had no clue. All the same, Matt explained everything and took the time to explain my thermostats, filter, air exchange system. He was professional and helpful. Everything is working great. Great experience and thinking I'll get their maintaince plan to keep all my systems in check.

    I’d like to take this opportunity to say your company has made my day, mostly the service I received was outstanding. With the water issue in Collongwood, I was worried how I can make sure my families health is safe. You guys offered free service to test the water, which shows a great deal of care for the community! Brandon Hunter-Ghuman visit my house to test the water quality today. I must say, you guys have a keeper! He is knowledgeable, took time to explain the benefits of having a filter (which is super important for the safety of our loved ones), advices how we can continue keep our water safe for use and to drink. I just once asked if he can kindly check the water quality at my kid’s bathroom, he did exactly without any hesitations. He is very polite, kind, hardworking and a great service provider. This is a rental and I told him “I will speak to my landlord about the filter and the importance, mostly now that we have experienced a hiccup with water”. He for sure sold me for future needs. We just moved from BC and once we purchase our property, he is the guy I will be calling. This is the company we should support, because they care for the community. An outstanding service and I'd love for his manager to know, what a great job he has done! Thank you Brandon!
