  I recently had Affordable Comfort install a ductless heat pump with dual zones. They offered fair pricing, ensured that I received Home Renovation Rebate from Enbridge and gave me multiple systems to choose from. In particular I was happy with the installation. Anthony and his crew ensured that the electrical work was safe and clean, the system was installed flawlessly and that I knew how to optimally operate it.

  Brandon from Affordable Comfort helped us with a new sump pump setup in Wasaga Beach where the water table is particularly high. Our prior setup did not include a battery backup in case of power outage and had discharge piping that was only 1.5” pipe that was susceptible to potential freezing when the spring melt happens and water starts to flow into sump pit. The new setup deals with all of these concerns and a neatly constructed and angled 2” exit pipe. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with and we’re pleased with the service.

  Floriano from Affordable Comfort provided excellent service. The booking process was seamless, and the person who handled the scheduling was very friendly and helpful. Floriano was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He completed a detailed inspection of our furnace and HRV system and delivered a clear, timely report. Everything was explained in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way. Highly recommend Floriano and Affordable Comfort for anyone looking for reliable HVAC inspection services.

  Rob Marietta first and foremost communicated to me when he expected to arrive at my home. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, took measurements and explained what they needed to do to install a new ac unit. What I appreciated the most was how clear and concise he was when explaining my options. Everything was broken down clearly on his ipad and there was absolutely no pressure what so ever. He answered ally questions and left me with gret info and a breakdown of my options. I really appreciated the consultation as it was genuine and honest. I would highly recommend Robert M.

  I need to replace my tankless water heater and have received in person quotes from three companies; LG comfort, Reliance and Affordable Comfort. I decided to sign on with Affordable Comfort because overall the contract was the most transparent . Reliance has several pages of fine print which could bite you and after 7 years of rental the buyout would be astronomical. LG did not have a rental option . All three reps were professional however Robert M. From Affordable Comfort was very personable and could actually answer all my questions regards pricing with no fine print. I feel I got the most value on the contract dealing with Robert M.
