  I have had to have all my things in storage as I had to move in to help a family member. Cube it has been the perfect solution for storing all my things safely. The customer care team on the phone has been particularly helpful as I navigate having all my things in two places now. I recently had an emergency where my passport was tucked away in the cube and I hadn’t realized. The team called around and had an employee volunteer to come in on his weekend off to get my cube down for me in an emergency. I was able to still get on the plane for my important event. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and communication. They go above and beyond to help and I know my things are safe with them. Special shout out to Emanuel who answered my call right before his shift ended and stayed on with me until he had answers well past his sign off. Big time appreciation to Tim, who came in on his day off and even stayed to help me move my bins to find it. Thank you to Sean for his communication and getting the right people the msgs. Best team!
