Was to have a lift dropped off on Friday then was told that the lift couldn't be dropped off due to illness, which was fine, as the lift was needed for Monday AM. Monday the lift didn't show because there was paperwork to be completed in order for the lift to be delivered. Why wasn't the paperwork that was needed, requested to be completed the previous week prior to the required delivery?....this delay caused a chain reaction of delays. First impression didn't go very well, I'll stick to my regular rental company. Thanks

- DADoug AxfordApr 29, 20195.0Rented a 6" Vermeer chipper for a weekend. All the people I dealt with at Herc Rentals (used to be Hertz) were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all the equipment was in excellent condition and prices were great. Highly recommended! My old rental place allowed their equipment to get run down and that was causing downtime and safety issues. Great to have a new supplier.
