Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly He was not pushy which is extremely important to us he throughly answered every question clearly. Jeff followed up the estimate with an email outlining the products required with picture and the prices beside each product for us to review. I had a questions a few days later and the office staff were also pleasant and knowledgeable. We are definitely purchasing our Generac Generator from Calibre Electric!

It is advised to have the Generator serviced once a year and we had Nathan drop by and perform the work. He was courteous and friendly and got the job done with no issues.
