  We have some issues with the work they did and they never got back and responded to us to go fix it. I figured they could fix it when they come do the other job I asked them to quote but they won’t even send the quote after following up many times for a few months…be weary if they offer a warranty as they likely will never honour it.

  Although my property is in Kitchener ,I selected Joel to handle my roofing job.I suspected we could be in for a challenge ,as the building dates to 1927 and has had many owners in that time.Suspicions were verified when Joel called to inform me of not 1 but 3 extra layers of Shingles ,and Cedar Shake that now needed removing .In most cases ,this would have been a deal breaker ,but Joel and his boys toiled through 3 days of heat ,and challenges ,I was very impressed.I would not hesitate to recommend Straight Arrow Roofing ,thanks Joel and Crew!

  Great job done and they were there when they said. Clean up was great. The whole team was polite and even played with my puppy. Very happy with the whole procedure from start to finish. Sorry they got a little wet in the end.
