  Decola replaced all our windows and patio doors and delivered an outstanding experience every step of the way. Our sales rep, Adam Redgate, was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond. Troy and his install team were professional, detail-oriented, and clearly committed to making sure everything was done right. Any question or concern we had was addressed immediately and taken seriously. The whole Decola team put our satisfaction first. We couldn’t recommend them more—10/10!

  I have known the Decola boys for many years, always been professional and reliable, I needed a small job done and they rose to the occassion as always, have always had great confidence in them and their company. Would highly recommend Decola Windows for any window and door needs. Thanks Angelo and Paul for all you do.

  Just had the worst customer service experience with Decola Windows. Spoke to the owner, with whom I've never spoke to before. He was completely unprofessional , his tone and the way he speaks overtop of customers and speaking to them condescendingly is completely unacceptable. Would never use this company again and would not recommend them to another person. I believe that now that the owner has responded online and put someone's personal details online , this should prove my point about how unprofessional he is. My point was about his tone and speaking down to clients. And no I did not say some time in June i mentioned next week. You demanded to know why you hadn't been paid. To which I responded, no one has even called me to collect I just kept making payments and only had one left. If your angry about it not being paid maybe hire someone with some professionalism and experience in collecting accounts receivables. No one has called me once to ask for payment. When I spoke to the owner and provided feedback, his response was "WOW , wow sorry can't do anything about how you feel" I can assure you I don't need someone to coddle me about my feelings, but maybe someone who knows how to speak to customers would go a long way with your business.
