  Canadoor was awesome, the technician called me prior to arrival which I really appreciated. Jake was prompt, courteous and explained everything after the install of our new garage opener, I would highly recommend Canadoor company. Thank you again, Canadoor.

  Very thorough and professional. Installation of a new garage doors on a 50 year-old house started with perfect communication as the day began ended with an awesome finished product. Tyler Was terrific to deal with throughout the installation made me feel very comfortable with having him in my home environment. The installation was thorough, professional, and clean. Tremendous job, Thank you.

  Darren called and said he was on the way. He showed up and gave me a couple quotes. I picked my option and he got straight to work. Fast and friendly. After he suggested a few more fixes to keep an eye on. We settled up and he left us with 2 cans of lube for the door to keep it running smooth. And a surprise bottle of maple syrup. Fantastic service from Darren an the Canadoor team. Thank you very much

  As much as Jake was friendly and informative, he tells me I do not need items for my garage door, but then I. Inspection report states it is no good. He did not want to complete part of the repair, which was a simple repair, fixing some damaged wood. He said he did not have any. I offered some wood, but he said no need. Also, asked about a specific item, but he states not needed. Then it shows up as part of the inspection. Would I recommend Canadoor, yes and no, parts are over priced. All the parts supplied for the repair were 10% of the cost for repair.

  I accidentally backed into a garage door at my neighbor’s house. I told her she could either choose a company herself or I could arrange one, and she preferred to handle it on her own. She paid an initial deposit to authorize the order for the new door. When the technician, Tyler, arrived, he did an excellent job installing the new garage door. Before the work was even completed, I tipped him, and afterward I paid the full amount of $3318.81 using my credit card, ensuring my neighbor’s initial deposit was returned to her. Prior to the installation, I had spoken with Irene multiple times, explaining the situation and requesting that all invoices be updated with my information and sent directly to me. However, it has now been several weeks, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive the invoice. The accounts department has been extremely difficult to reach. I had planned to write a review earlier, but decided to give them one last chance. When I called again, a representative named Don assured me that someone from accounts would contact me the next day and that she would also follow up via email. Now, as of Saturday, I called again and spoke with Jenn, who informed me that the accounts team does not work on weekends. When I asked about Don, I was told she is no longer with the company. The only option offered was to leave a voicemail. To clarify, my attempts to reach the accounts department have not been limited to weekends. I have tried multiple times during regular business days as well, with no response. Overall, the accounts department has been unresponsive and unreliable when it comes to providing invoices. Update: After posting this review, I received the invoice within two business days. The company has also been actively following up with me by phone regarding my experience. I appreciate that the invoice was eventually provided and that they are attempting to address the matter. However, it is important to note that I had been requesting the invoice for over a month prior to posting this review. Additionally, I am currently unable to see my original review publicly under their Google listing, which is concerning to me. My review was based solely on my genuine experience. I believe transparency and timely communication are essential in business, and I hope this feedback helps improve their internal processes moving forward.
