Colin also answered the questions I had, and provided information (and quotes) on some upgrades I was considering. All-in-all a positive experience with a personable professional.

They said the prices of everything went up. Lol. They charged me a $60 dollar fee just for showing up. Calling it a 29 point inspection? Then they gave me a tiny bottle of maple syrup and garage door grease. So... I bought two cables on Amazon for $16. Installed them in 12 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't let these crooks in your garage.

Colin was the certified technician dispatched to my home. Colin was amazing to deal with. He was on time, personable, and very knowledgeable. Colin examined my original opener and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. He provided me with a range of options and explained each one of them to me, in detail. I selected my new opener, he removed my old one and installed the new one, on the spot! The installation was professional. The wires were nicely tied and stapled to my rafters, unlike my previous one. Once installed, Colin explained the features, the remote, and the key pad. Top notch experience! I highly recommend Canadoor! Thanks, Colin!!
