I was surprised to find him waiting in his truck in my driveway, but he didn't seem to mind and apparently he had only arrived about 5 minutes before I did, so it wasn't too long a wait for him. He was very friendly and introduced himself. After showing him where all the parts for the furnace were, he got right to work. It took about an hour to do all the checks, after which he let me know what had been checked and that all was good and the information would be sent to my email. Very friendly and efficient and I was impressed with the first visit from my new furnace company's representative Many thanks and see you in about a year for the next checkup.

From the start, Robert was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything, made the process easy to understand, and was always approachable when I had questions. I ended up contacting Robert several times afterward, and each time he was more than willing to help and made sure everything was taken care of properly so that all was good at my home. His dedication and follow-through were truly appreciated. I also had to call the office multiple times, and every interaction was a great experience. Everyone I spoke with was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. From day one until now, the service has been excellent across the board. A big thank you to Robert and the entire team for such outstanding service. I highly recommend them!

ROBERT MARIETTA explained about the furnace and suggested me Trane furnace. I read about the furnace on internet which had good reviews and it kind of aligned with Robert's suggestion as well, so I decided to go ahead with Affordable comfort The guys (forgot their names) visited the next day to install the furnace, left the job site as clean as they could despite heavy snowfall outside. It's been few weeks, things have been smooth. Even their on-call team were responsive as well and coordinatws the troubleshooting, sales and installation process smoothly. Overall I liked their service in all departments and recommend Affordable comfort.

He told us about all potential reasons for the problem, and was bang-on in identifying, and correcting the problem. Jesse was very personable and polite from start to finish, and answered all our questions before and after the repair. We would highly recommend Affordable Comfort and Jesse in particular. ✱ As an update, I would like to reiterate our utmost faith in Jesse as we had another issue with our furnace today, and once again Jesse was very efficient and explained every step he took to rectify the issue. We can't say enough good things about Jesse.
