  Wanted to say , the company is always onntime, friendly, clean , organised and very transparent. They informed me on every thing they found and even showed where certain atuff could wait . I dont get that feeling they are just trying to sell me stuff thats not needed. I havw to say that miles/ myles unsure on spelling was amazing. Step by step he showed me everything. And was very professional. He was informative and friendly. All in all a great experiance

  Affordable Comfort has been looking after our heating and air conditioning for about five years now, and they have never failed to come to our rescue when we needed them. Most recently, we called them to fix a plumbing emergency in our basement rental. Their technician, Brandon, arrived promptly and worked tirelessly for nearly five hours, carefully snaking the drain and removing years worth of debris (including wipes and hygiene products) that had completely blocked the line. It was a difficult and messy job, but Brandon handled it with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude throughout. We were very impressed with his persistence and determination to getting the job done properly. Reliable service, courteous staff, and consistently dependable over the years - we highly recommend Affordable Comfort.

  From start to finish, our experience with Affordable Comfort was absolutely amazing. The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Evan, our sales representative, came to our home and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us choose the furnace that best suited our home and family’s needs. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed and confident in the decision we were making. The very next morning, Emmett and Jennifer arrived promptly for the installation. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They walked me through everything they did, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. It’s not often you have such a smooth, positive experience with a home service company, but Affordable Comfort truly delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest advice, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

  I recently moved into a condo which had been heated by a heat pump & fireplace. I researched & received quotes from local HVAC companies in the fall but decided to see how my heat pump would do. When it stopped working in the middle of winter, I called Matt 1 at Affordable Comfort & had a new cold climate heat pump installed in less than 48 hours. Daniel & David were professional and efficient installers & had my condo cozy in no time. Matt 2 was the friendliest electrician you could ever meet & the office staff of Julie, Haley and Lou coordinated all of them. Highly recommended.

  The tipping point for my decision to go with Affordable Comfort when my furnace was red-tagged was based on Robert Marietta coming to my home that same afternoon even though our area had very heavy snow and bouts of freezing rain. Even beyond this, he provided a stress-free environment explaining all my options without using any high pressure tactics. Large purchases can typically be negotiated between competing vendors that can make pricing comparable, but the service you receive long-term is equally if not more important. Robert’s sincerity in responding to my questions back and forth through the sales process to the final install gave me confidence with the furnace purchased.
