  This is my second time using Sewer Squad, and they’ve been consistently excellent both times. Their team is clearly very experienced—they quickly identified the issue with my sump pump and handled it efficiently without any guesswork. What I really appreciate is how knowledgeable and straightforward they are. They not only fixed the problem but also provided practical recommendations for the future that actually made sense for our situation, without any pressure or upselling. Reliable, efficient, and true experts in their field. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

  Travis kept us informed as to the progess of the repairs and the issues that arose. Arsen and the crew were awesome, punctual and kept the work area contained and neat. Big kudos for being able to save the floor in the basement kitchen and minimizing the repair work from the excavation. It was a difficult problem to fix from a broken pipe under the house to serious root intrusion. The Sewer Squad team are professional, courteous, informative and helpful. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience with Nico from Sewer Squad. After dealing with another company that couldn’t fix the issue, Nico came in and handled everything properly from start to finish. He started with a camera inspection so I could actually see what was going on, which immediately gave me confidence that we were approaching the problem the right way. He was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Most importantly, he actually fixed the problem. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself, which, based on my previous experience, clearly isn’t a given. You can tell he takes pride in his work and respects the customer’s time and money. I’d 100% recommend Nico and Sewer Squad to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

  I was having issues with a blocked basement floor drain. I contacted Sewer Squad online and they got back to me quickly and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a text advising who the technician was and what time they would arrive. NICO showed up right on time. After discussing the issue he quickly determined where the blockage was and cleared it. He then confirmed with a camera the issue was resolved. NICO was very professional and ensured I was satisfied with the results. Great experience and will definitely call them again for future issues. Highly recommend Nico and Sewer Squad.

  I selected this company due to the positive reviews and to respond to an emergency we had in our basement so I was very surprised with our experience. The plumber came to our house and the entire time, their focus was on upselling services that cost thousands of dollars instead of the actual repair which ended up being a few hundred. I asked that he go to the basement to speak to the restoration company workers and double check if the leak has stopped because that was our main concern. I asked to discuss the other services on another day, once we’ve dealt with the emergency. I was under the impression that he diagnosed the leak to come from the dishwasher and it stopped but I learned later from the restoration company that the plumber never even spoke to them, and he had left our home without even stopping the leak. At no point did he tell me that it was still leaking. We called the plumber back later to ask what happened and he said he wouldn’t be able to do any work without us signing a work order- let me be clear, I was happy to sign any work order for work that need to be done, like stopping the leak at the time but no work order had been presented to me until he returned after we called back a couple hours later. The problem sounded like it was the dishwasher based on what the plumber told me so we proceeded to order a new dishwasher. We had not called any other plumbers and had 4 people from the restoration company working round the clock waiting for the plumber to stop the leak so it baffles me that he would think I would send him home knowing that the leak still continued. Customer service called us after and they spent most of their time repeating that the plumber didn’t complete the work because we didn’t sign a work order, and did not listen to our story of what happened. I am very disappointed in what happened here, which turned a stressful situation even worse.
