  Denys Dennis was right on time. came in very helpful. introduced himself. put on his shoes, his booties as he calls them and went to look to see where he had to work and explain to me what he was going to do and then went to it. he did an excellent job. clean up was great and he explained to me what the possible future may hold and he explained to me the possibility of getting a service done which I told him. I will call back to discuss. overall I'll give him five star and his service was good. very friendly guy.

  I was leery about calling in a sewar repair company because of all the horror stories I’ve heard. I was, however, pleasantly surprised with Bing from Sewar Squad’s knowledge and professional handling of a somewhat difficult situation. His crew was second to none. Very efficient and very neat and tidy. The old clay waste pipes in the basement of our 70+ year old home had become inundated with roots, become misaligned, sagged and some of them had cracked and collapsed. He was very quick to analyze the situation and was able to quickly get a crew on the job. With his drain camera, he identified a couple of more problems areas along the runs in the basement floor. This led to extra cost but it was something that was, at that time while the crew was there, less expensive than having to come back in the future. Bing was totally upfront with me, texting any new issues and sending pictures from his drain camera so I knew he was "on the level". They left our basement extremely clean and the concrete patching was very well done. All in all, I highly recommend Sewar Squad if you have a sewar problem that needs to be addressed.

  We had a plumbing issue last night, and next morning as soon as we connected with Sewer Squad they were kind enough to set up a visit with Plumber - Lucas at our residence within 45 mins given the sensitivity of the problem. Lucas was patient enough to identify the root cause and explain the entire repair process in detail. His dedication and expertise clearly spoke volumes about his commitment to his work. He was in no rush to finish the job. Along with completing the fix, he also advised us about other plumbing issues that required our attention. We feel so relieved now that the work has been completed with perfection. Thank you team Lucas !

  I recently hired Sewer Squad Plumbing for a major sewer line replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They arrived right on time, explained the entire process in detail, and provided a fair, transparent estimate before beginning any work. Denys worked closely with us to create a solution that was optimal for our property and he followed through all along the project to ensure things are developing according to plan. The crew was incredibly professional and respectful of my property. They worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and completed the project ahead of schedule — without cutting corners. The quality of their workmanship really shows; everything is running perfectly, and they even followed up afterward to ensure everything was functioning smoothly. I strongly recommend them if you need this type of work to be done.

  I called multiple plumbing companies knowing that it was going to be a costly repair. I came across Sewer Squad who happened to be my last on the quote shopping. I had numerous companies come in to give me a quote and the work involved verbally without too much inspection. I had Denys come over for an estimate and explained the suspected issue with my home. He came back with a plethora of tools and gears and started doing a deep investigation on identifying the core issue. Spent a good 30 mins doing his part and later sat with me for another 30mins going over the tiniest details involved in the job. He was very informative and made it like it was his own issue. Honestly, the price was not the cheapest out of about 7 companies I got an estimate for. However, Denys provided me the with reassurance and confidence in his work. Sewer Squad quote at least $1K more than what others have quoted me, but I decided to go with them based on the careful assessment of my issue and the professionalism he displayed. Fast forward, crews came onsite on time. He sent the crews to complete the job in just under 12 hours. They left the area clean and spotless. I have yet to know the long-term outcome of this expensive fix, but I'm not too worried as their service was top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you Denys!
