  Recently had a underground drain blockage at my home and called Sewer Squad. Michael, Connor and a 3rd technician were so friendly and on time. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They fixed the blockage efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving and they did an outstanding job. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely call again Sewer Squad for any future plumbing needs. And also thanks to Ashton for coming on short notice to do an initial assessment and present options to me before arranging the service.

The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They ensured the kitchen sink drain was properly connected to the sewer and tested everything thoroughly to make sure it was draining perfectly before wrapping up.   We were referred to Sewer Squad Plumbing by a couple of people on a FB group and we are thankful for that reference. To begin, the communication with dispatch was excellent and thorough. Behrouz, our plumber, was very knowledgable, friendly and clean/tidy. He explained the problems with the pipe set up that was installed by someone else which caused a backlog of water in the sink. He offered two or three different estimates with his recommendation. We were impressed by the care he took with the work. We will call on him and SSP again without hesitation.

  Just got my broken sewer drain replaced. Boris and his crew did a professional job. Upon arrival to my house they organized their workplace first, then they performed digging . The entire work was performed carefully without making a mess or causing any damage. I was worried by the underground gas line which happened to cross this work area and a large tree in the front of the house just several feet away for the work area but they managed to work around it. After they completed the installation of the new drain, Boris showed me the work they have done, so I could see it for myself, I was impressed. This team worked nonstop in freezing cold to make sure the job gets done the same day. Boris and his helper were kind and very professional, answer all the questions I had. I would recommend this team to anyone with similar needs. Great job and thank you Sewer Squad.

  I would like to provide a strong reference for the technician who recently inspected the sewer line at my 75-year-old bungalow. I had concerns that the sewer line under my house might be blocked. The technician Bing arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection using a camera, and carefully checked the entire line. He clearly explained what he was seeing, reassured me that there was nothing serious to worry about, and took the time to answer my questions in a calm and professional manner.
