- BLBrandon LangleyFeb 28, 20262.0Bradford Buildings left me very disappointed. They never told me they planned to use my skid steer, and only brought it up when it was time to prep the concrete base, something that should have been their responsibility and equipment. They also never mentioned that they would leave all their construction trash behind, but that’s exactly what happened. On top of that, no one from the company ever came out to inspect the work or check on the crew. They tried to frame these shortcuts as “saving me money,” even though I never asked for that and expected a complete, professional job. Overall, the experience felt careless and misleading. I used their recommended contractors to level the pad.
